A: Cara -cara mendaftar akan diuraikan dibawah ini :
  1. Klik menu Daftar.
  2. Isi username yang Anda inginkan
  3. Isi kata sandi yang Anda inginkan
  4. Isi kembali kata sandi Anda untuk verifikasi
  5. Isi alamat email Anda (Kalau belum ada, bisa di isi dengan sembarangan alamat email). 
    -Mohon diingat alamat email yang anda isi untuk kegunaan lupa password nantinya.
  6. Pilih nama Bank yang Anda Gunakan
  7. Isi nama sesuai dengan yang terdaftar di rekening BANK Anda.
  8. Isi nomor rekening BANK Anda .
  9. Pilih salah satu pertanyaan yang Anda inginkan.
  10. Jawab sesuai dengan pertanyaan yang anda pilih.
  11. Isi angka/huruf yang muncul pada kolom validasi.
  12. Klik tombol "Daftar" jika semua kolom sudah terisi dengan benar.
Catatan
  • Jika proses pendaftaran berhasil maka akan muncul tulisan " Anda Berhasil Mendaftar Username Anda Adalah"
  • Jika proses pendaftaran gagal akan muncul pesan error, perbaiki sesuai pesan error tersebut"
Q: Apa yang harus dilakukan jika lupa password?
A: Jika Lupa Password Anda dapat melakukan langkah - langkah dibawah ini :
  1. Klik Lupa password
  2. Isi username Anda
  3. Isi Email Anda sesuai yang Anda daftarkan
  4. Pilih Nama Bank Anda
  5. Isi Nama Anda sesuai rekening yang Anda daftarkan
  6. Isi Nomor rekening Anda
  7. Pilih pertanyaan keamanan sesuai yang Anda daftarkan
  8. Isi jawaban sesuai yang Anda daftarkan
  9. Isi angka yang muncul pada kolom validasi.
  10. Klik tombol "Kirim" jika semua kolom sudah terisi dengan benar
  11. Jika proses berhasil maka akan muncul password baru anda pada layar.
  12. Jika masih bermasalah silahkan gunakan bantuan Live Chat
